Any interaction or exchange with VOWRA constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which apply automatically without the need for a signed quote or issued invoice.

These Terms of Service apply to all current and future engagements with VOWRA, as well as any contracts and invoices previously issued by our former entities. Scope of Services

VOWRA provides a fully done-for-you strategic press placement program, not a basic press release submission service. Clients are not required to write, draft, or prepare any press release content themselves.

Each engagement includes a direct consultation conducted by call, video meeting, or structured written exchange. During this consultation, VOWRA and the client define the brand context, the story to be highlighted, the credibility angle, and the narrative positioning intended for media distribution.

Based on this consultation and on the factual information, links, and materials communicated by the client, VOWRA conducts its own editorial and brand research and writes the press release in full using professional editorial judgment and media standards. The press release is then prepared for publication and distributed to media outlets according to the selected offer.

This service is designed to build credibility, authority, and trust. It does not guarantee public perception, engagement, traffic, sales, rankings, media response, or any specific business outcome.

Press Release Writing, Review & Approval

The press release is entirely written by VOWRA. Clients do not submit pre-written articles and are not expected to structure or draft press release content.

The article will meet the minimum word count associated with the selected plan or package and may include links to the client’s website or online properties where applicable.

Before publication, the client will receive the article for review and may request reasonable edits or factual clarifications. Publication occurs only after the client has approved the final version. Once approval is given and distribution begins, the service is considered started and delivered.

Client Responsibility & Accuracy of Information

While VOWRA is responsible for writing and structuring the press release, the client remains solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of all factual information provided during the consultation or through supporting materials.

This includes, without limitation, business details, claims, dates, figures, credentials, ownership of brands or links, and intellectual property rights.

Due to the volume of content handled, VOWRA does not independently verify factual claims and cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies originating from client-provided information.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide all submitted materials, that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and that it does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content.

Placement Guarantee & Performance Threshold

VOWRA guarantees media placement, not editorial opinion, visibility level, engagement, or results.

Certain offers include a target of placement in ten elite media outlets. Due to editorial discretion, story relevance, and external publishing factors beyond VOWRA’s control, placement in all ten outlets cannot always be guaranteed. VOWRA guarantees a minimum fulfillment threshold of 70%, meaning at least seven placements out of ten.

If fewer than seven placements are secured, VOWRA will issue a full refund of the service fee, without dispute, negotiation, or discussion. If the 70% threshold is met, the service is considered successfully delivered, even if fewer than ten outlets are published.

Refund Policy

Because VOWRA services involve consultation, research, writing, editorial preparation, and publication coordination, no refunds are issued once work has started.

Work is considered started when any consultation occurs, research begins, writing begins, or editorial preparation starts. Dissatisfaction with tone, messaging, media selection, audience reaction, visibility, or business impact does not constitute grounds for a refund.

The only exception to this policy is the placement guarantee outlined in Section 4.

Editorial Guidelines & Content Refusal

By ordering from VOWRA, you agree to comply with professional editorial standards and regulated content requirements. VOWRA reserves the right to refuse distribution of any press release that does not meet these standards. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Press releases may be refused if they lack legitimate newsworthiness, rely on advertising or spam-style language, demonstrate poor writing quality or incorrect press release structure, lack credible or verifiable contact information, engage in keyword spamming, promote personal opinions or attacks, include defamatory or harmful material, reference sexually explicit, illegal, or profane content, make unauthorized comparisons or piggyback on other brands, provide financial or investment advice, promote get-rich schemes, MLM, or network marketing structures, use unauthorized celebrity names or likenesses, rely on self-promotion without legitimate news value, present unsubstantiated claims, or imply false government or institutional affiliation.

Content related to medical, health, or regulated products is not accepted when it involves unregulated or unsubstantiated treatments, supplements, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, COVID-19-related claims, sexual enhancement products, or weight-loss products without appropriate regulatory approval.

Crypto-related press releases must meet additional requirements. Assets must be listed on CoinMarketCap as a tracked listing or ICO. NFTs must be listed as tracked or verified with an approved data partner. Content related to mining rigs, cloud mining, farming operations, scam recovery services, mixers, tumblers, or anonymization services is not accepted. A verifiable contact person must be provided, and tokens or NFTs must not infringe existing copyrights or trademarks. Crypto ETFs must have a tracked CoinMarketCap listing.

Publication Removal Policy

Clients may request removal of published articles. Removal fees are $50 per site or $500 for removal of all sites associated with an order. These fees cover administrative and coordination costs, and removal typically takes up to 12 weeks. Removal requests must apply to the full list of publications related to an order. Selective or partial removals are not available. While VOWRA will make reasonable efforts, removal cannot be guaranteed if a third-party publisher refuses.
